Benziger Thinking Styles Assessment (BTSA) is a revolutionary tool based on neurophysiology for analyzing thinking styles; it makes it possible to identify preferences and natural talents, as well as degrees of extroversion and/or introversion, along with stress levels.  

This tool has been designed to detect natural preferences in order that productivity, satisfaction, and personal health can all be actively improved. In addition, BTSA provides answers to the following questions

Why is it hard for us to understand certain people?
Why does performing a given task make us tired, irritable, or hopeless, while others leave us feeling energized and with a sense of confidence and achievement?
Why do certain work tasks depress or exhaust us?
Why do some of us have more self-esteem problems than other people?

Benziger Thinking Styles Assessment results show how a dominant thinking style can be suppressed by another style, and how certain demands of the workplace can produce stress, while others may present a challenge and opportunity for personal growth. Far from labeling people, BTSA indicates why they tend to act in a given manner in different situations.

Level 1 Licensee
To be accredited as a LN1, you must attend the BTSA Certification Workshop, which totals 40 hours. This workshop is approved by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and is worth 31 continuous education credits (CEC).

The workshop objective is to train participants in both applying and interpreting the BTSA, as well as in understanding the great array of applications this tool has within an organization. The BTSA workshop can be held in a private session for a single organization or in sessions open to the public.


Level 1T Licensee (LN1T)
The function and purpose of the LN1T modality is to aid and support the LN1s that wish to establish their own territory and become LN2s. In order to be granted an exclusive territory, a Level 1T Licensee must do as follows:

•   Purchase a minimum number of EBTSAs each year

•   Ensure that the Benziger Breakthrough materials are translated into the local language, if necessary.

•   Become an expert in BTSA.

Level 1T Licensees are not accredited to give the BTSA Certification Workshop, but may do so once they become LN2s.

Level 2 Licensee (LN2)
Level 2 Licensee teams generally include three professionals that have become experts in BTSA; they each have a territory to administer and develop while offering the BTSA and the BTSA Certification Workshop.

The Level 2 Licensees buy their EBTSAs from KBA at a discount. All LN1s buy their EBTSAs at the standard Licensee rate.
