Our orientation and reinsertion process incorporates five phases,
which are both technical and psychological in nature:
1.Diagnostic, our consultants carry out an analysis of the candidate’s work
experience, skills, and knowledge; in addition, they try to create a profile or
portrait of the motivation of the candidate in order to determine how to proceed
with the outplacement.
2.Career transition, the main goal of this phase is to provide psychological
support to make it possible to face the stages of the process of change. This
stage is developed by professionals in clinical psychology.
3.Technical orientation, based on analysis of the evaluations, a Career Plan is
devised for the candidate, position profiles are identified accordingly as well as an
Individual Development Plan, which includes development of the behavioral
competencies identified with the need for improvement or change as well as
those needed for effective personal marketing.
4.Action plan, we further define the chosen job search strategy and procedure and activate our network of contacts in the Latin American region.
5.Progress monitoring, once the candidate has begun the new work phase, our
consultants follow up his/her adaptation to and satisfaction with the new position.
